Warranty and Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in a new/unused condition and include all original paper work. All security tags and labels must also be intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only. Additional shipping charge may apply.
All returned items will be the subject to 10% restocking fee.
All oversized and/or heavy items (over 5 Lbs) are the subject to handling fee of $25 per item.
Prior to making a return, please contact us for the RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number). The RMA Number authorizes to initiate the return process. Unauthorized items without the RMA Number may be returned to the sender with additional charges. Please contact our Customer Service Department for this information on 1-877-793-2275.
Please note: The RMA Number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information, and will expire within five (5) days of the issue date. Please ensure, that all returned items were postmarked within mentioned period.
In the case, when your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage. If an item was damaged during the shipment, all the insurance claims will be handled through the carrier.
All the returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to the following: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in a new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any other of the above listed attributes.
We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept any items that show any sign of use.
Please note: Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received due to shipper's error. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely upon the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs.
Please note also, items that have been engraved or re-sized (even by us), or modified in any way cannot be returned.
Special orders are also non-returnable.
• In the case you wish to return, all the items must satisfy the above requirements;
• USA Expedited Delivery should be used for the return accomplishment (2-4 business days) ;
• Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain the RMA Number (this action initiates the process and authorizes the return.)
• Returned items may be shipped by the carrier of your choice. However, it is strongly recommended that an additional service such as insurance or delivery confirmation be added.
Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or those were not sent in accordance to the information provided by our Customer Service Department. Please follow all the instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location.
Once an item is received, please allow 1 - 2 days for your return to be processed.
All credits issued will take 3 - 5 business days from the return processing date to appear on your statement.
